Claudia Candolo is a licensed Florida Realtor working with ELEMENTS Real Estate Services. A Brazilian/Swiss citizen, she elected Miami her home in 2013, Florida having been the family summer destination since 1996.

As a diplomat’s daughter she has lived on four continents and 10 countries, which has given her an unique insight on what it takes to find the perfect home in a new city or neighborhood. This experience and her background in interior design, she graduated in Letters and has a BA in Interior Design, provides her with the knowledge and expertise to help her clients find or sell a home and assist with remodelling and staging. She is also fluent in six languages, which enables her to assist most of the foreign nationals that seek investments in Miami.

Claudia is the proud mother of two boys, travels a lot to keep in touch with friends and family around the world, loves dancing , kickboxing and skiing in wintertime.

Albury
As a dedicated sales professional with close to 15 years of sales experience, Ben Albury is a firm believer that every sale comes with a story worth telling. With a proven track record in tech sales, Ben accepted the challenge of advancing his career in real estate. Ben got his feet wet into real estate beginning with rental clients and listings which paved the way moving into listings.
Ben's expertise in real estate led him to gain market knowledge and mentor newer agents. His dedication to being client-centric sets him apart from others as he has a tailored approach to meeting the unique needs of his clients. This is displayed by his repeat business with his investor and rental clients as well as his referral base.
Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Florida International University and attends industry sales conferences and webinars to keep keen on market trends and real estate laws. Outside of work and being a dedicated father to his 7-year-old daughter, Ben enjoys exploring the community to further grasp knowledge on different areas and discovering new community hot spots.

Toscan
Ketlie Toscan received a BA in Psychology from Universidade Luterana do Brazil. She arrived in the USA in 2007 and is currently a Sales Manager at a privately held organization.
At the age of 25, Ketlie and her husband bought their first home, igniting her passion for Real Estate. She remembers the challenges they faced and enjoys helping her clients navigate through the process. She understands the real value of a Realtor is the negotiating skills they bring to the bargaining table.
Today she is a dream catcher. Ketlie helps new friends achieve their real estate dreams when buying and selling a home. A resident of Miami for more than 10 years, she has lived and worked in many areas of Miami Dade County. It is most important to Ketlie to provide the most excellent service to buyers and sellers to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Clients appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales approach, patience, ability to listen, and her negotiation and analytic skills. As a proud member of the Elements Real Estate family, Ketlie embodies a stellar work ethic, her values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service are evident in everything she does.
Three years ago, Ketlie and her husband adopted a pair of young siblings from the Florida Foster Care System. Her passion is to travel and to spend time outdoors with her family.

Jeremy Larkin has led the creation of two successful real estate brokerage businesses with multiple offices. Responsibilities included client development, product development, negotiation of option, purchase and sale transactions. Upon client's request and after contracting for property's purchase, analyze, underwrite and prepare underwriting report. To date, acquisitions and dispositions of properties have an aggregate value in excess of $133,935,000.
