Ketlie Toscan received a BA in Psychology from Universidade Luterana do Brazil. She arrived in the USA in 2007 and is currently a Sales Manager at a privately held organization.
At the age of 25, Ketlie and her husband bought their first home, igniting her passion for Real Estate. She remembers the challenges they faced and enjoys helping her clients navigate through the process. She understands the real value of a Realtor is the negotiating skills they bring to the bargaining table.
Today she is a dream catcher. Ketlie helps new friends achieve their real estate dreams when buying and selling a home. A resident of Miami for more than 10 years, she has lived and worked in many areas of Miami Dade County. It is most important to Ketlie to provide the most excellent service to buyers and sellers to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Clients appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales approach, patience, ability to listen, and her negotiation and analytic skills. As a proud member of the Elements Real Estate family, Ketlie embodies a stellar work ethic, her values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service are evident in everything she does.
Three years ago, Ketlie and her husband adopted a pair of young siblings from the Florida Foster Care System. Her passion is to travel and to spend time outdoors with her family.

Jeremy Larkin has led the creation of two successful real estate brokerage businesses with multiple offices. Responsibilities included client development, product development, negotiation of option, purchase and sale transactions. Upon client's request and after contracting for property's purchase, analyze, underwrite and prepare underwriting report. To date, acquisitions and dispositions of properties have an aggregate value in excess of $133,935,000.
Jeremy has delivered extraordinary results for the firms he has managed throughout the years leading to multiple awards and recognitions which include being named in the South Florida Business Journal's Heavy Hitters in various occasions as well as receiving the Ultimate CEO award in 2013 for his work at NAI Miami Commercial Real Estate Services.
With 30+ years of experience Jeremy understood that there was a missing element in residential real estate. Looking to fill that void led to the birth of Elements Real Estate Services, a firm that looks to fulfill Jeremy's vision of providing a unique real estate experience to high net worth individuals.
